The first one we will take a look at is the:

Summer Infant 3D One Umbrella Stroller with reclining seat

Umbrella Stroller with reclining seat

This is one of my personal favorites because it is lightweight, weighing only about 14 lbs, it’s easy to fold, and the oversized canopy has a window and zip out extension to protect your precious cargo from harmful UVA and UVB rays.

For me, the easily adjustable foot rest was something that drew me to this stroller as my son is very tall for his age and it adjusts effortlessly to suit each child.

The reclining seat is unbelievably easy to adjust and can be done using only one hand. It is made of durable, long-lasting materials, so it is super easy to clean, has parent cup holder and large storage basket.

Available in 3 different colors this reclining umbrella stroller is all round an excellent choice.

– 5-point safety harness
– Folds compactly with Carry Strap
– 3 point, easily adjustable reclining seat

The protective head and foot barrier cocoon the baby, so comfort and safety are guaranteed while sleeping.

The fabric seat is totally removable for machine washing, and it comes with a Wind-Resistant Rain cover.
It’s easy to maneuver, light, compact and it has an oversized storage basket.

It is a great stroller for travelling, and you have numerous stylish color combinations to choose from

Double Umbrella Stroller that reclines

The UPPAbaby double reclining umbrella stroller will tick all the boxes for what you are looking for in a double stroller.

So far I haven’t personally had the need for a double stroller, however, a friend of mine has twins, and her life would be a nightmare without one.

The G-link has independently reclining seats and adjustable foot rests so each child can be in a different position according to their needs.

Removable, machine washable seat fabric, high-performance wheels and removable canopy all add to the reasons why many parents choose this as their reclining, double umbrella stroller.

The last stroller I am reviewing is one of the lightest reclining umbrella strollers you will find in its class.

RECARO Easylife Ultra- The Lightest Umbrella Stroller that reclines

umbrella Stroller for taller parents

You will battle to find a reclining umbrella stroller as lightweight as this one while not compromising on style or comfort.

It has cool mesh sides to increase airflow and an oversized canopy for keeping your child cool and protected during walks in the park on those hot summer days.

The ultra-lightweight stroller has one handlebar, so it is easy to push with one hand while sipping on your coffee in the other hand. The six-wheel design has full suspension system with lockable front wheels so your little one will sleep peacefully while enjoying an amazingly smooth ride.

The multi-position reclining seat, 5-point safety harness with padded straps proves that lightweight doesn’t mean unsafe.

It is incredibly easy and fast to fold and because it is so lightweight it is also a good option to use when travelling.

– Seat too low for older children
– Handles not adjustable

Nowadays as parents we are spoilt for choice when it comes to strollers, and I remember growing up my parent’s only had one Umbrella stroller that was used by both my siblings and me as well as some cousins, I am not even sure it could recline. Life has become faster paced than back then, and that is why it is extremely important that we choose accessories and items that make not only our lives easier but the lives of our children easier as well.

We definitely don’t need to worry about a stroller as there is one out there for every parent and child you just need to decide what functions are important to you. Umbrella strollers range from cheap to the more expensive, so there is one to fit every budget. For me as always when it comes to my Son I want comfort, safety while still being practical. All the above strollers, in my opinion, meet those criteria. Happy strolling!!!!
